TRX Camp is a series of progressive total body suspension training sessions combining dynamic strength and flexibility exercises, core work and team agility drills. Every exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance, and core stability all at once!

Each camp is designed towards achieving results and will assist you in tracking those results through our Base Line testing and Finish Line testing.
Not only will you actively track your progress, you will track your progress within a group. We call this group your TEAMmates and you will be sharing the experience and building camaraderie while achieving your goals.
