M Fit uses a systematic approach with a focus on flexibility, strength, balance, cardio and muscular endurance exercises for a total body workout. We offer modifications for every level of fitness in all of our small group programs. Everyone learns to use principals and progressions to modify or advance any movement. All the while moving better, toning, losing weight, and feeling great.
