Here is where we will recap our three week "What are you training for to prevent?" campaign.

Each week will focus on a different disease: Heart Disease, Diabetes, & Osteoporosis! Being fit and healthy is a journey! 

So, whether you want to look good in your dress for that 25 year class reunion or you want to come off the blood pressure medicine, each time you exercise you reduce the risk of disease! By sharing information, M Fit hopes to spread awareness about these diseases so that we can help you reduce your risk!
