Taking time to reset, review, and relax.

With the bust and move of everyday life it can be a challenge to find time for self-care. Many even feel guilty if they spare a moment for themselves. If you are one of the many who put everything before yourself then it might be time to evaluate why? Isn't it true that if you take care of yourself you are better at taking care of others? Don't you want to connect with yourself and enjoy some time spent on developing a better you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then maybe start simple by making a list of things you love or want to do that you "can't find the time for" and then add it to your daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
