TRX TEAM is a 6 week program designed to optimize your result while introducing you to the practices and movements of TRX. TEAM Members receive a physiology assessment and fitness test at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks training to track success. All members and new visitors are welcome to our TRX TEAM classes at no additional cost. These classes are including in all packages.

WHAT IS TRX STRONG?
TRX Strong is a repetition based workout developed to push your strength to new extremes. Our muscles don't know the difference between a barbell or body weight. Muscles only understand time under tension. With this work out you will tax your muscles with slow repetitions to give your muscles the time under tension they need. If you want the support and motivation of a small group while facing this challenge, this class is for YOU! GET YOUR STRONG ON!
WHAT IS TRX FIT?
TRX Fit is designed to wake up your body and focus your mind. You will work in 30 second intervals with short rest periods between. Each round of training will end with a minute of cardio utilizing multiple modalities to increase your hurt rate. There are challenges though the entire 6 weeks of training that are fun and enhance the small group dynamic. TRX Fit is a total body workout that will enhance your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance, filling you with endless energy throughout your day!
