Kettlebell instruction with M Fit Studio will utilize an ancient conditional tool, "the kettlebell" to increase muscular strength, power, endurance, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. It's all you'll need in your tool box for a total body workout. You'll learn the underlying concepts of safe and effective KB training. In this online or one to one training you will practice the 6 core KB lifts (swing, squat, clean, press, Turkish get up, and snatch). KB programs will also include joint mobility, flexibility, proper breathing (anatomical and biomechanical), and balance drills. These programs will incorporate moderate to vigorous intensity exercise protocols focused on building a foundation of strength from which all other physical goals can be accomplished. This program and all others will instill the theory that: "Strength has a greater purpose."
